Structures with heritage values are an important element in reflecting the lifestyle and artistic character of cities. Also, the communities in and around that city. The core reveals an interesting historical background, architectural character and urban fabric of the city. For instance, the cities like Calcutta, Mumbai, Delhi and Ahmedabad etc. are some cities which represents past also proceeding well towards future. The walled city is adapting itself within the major development happening around. Due to drastic change in lifestyle, culture, climate, political and economic issues, heritage sites are getting modified accordingly. The idea of life, vitality, wealth, power, enlighten and culture, these cities used to portray is vanishing in the midst of Urban Development.
